I arrived in Vietnam not long after the Tet Offensive of Dec. 1967 and Jan. 1968. The war was reaching it's height at about that time, actually that summer, and then came what was called Vietnamization, where the country was being turned over to the Government of VietNam and thus Nixon's way out!
This was the notification I received from the Red Cross informing me my son, Scott was born.
This was a very hard time for me once I started to see the pictures of him and my wife, Darlene.

Retired,Divorced Twice, but not one of my Dogs ever left me!Heart Attack, Open Heart Surgery,Vascular Problems,4 herniated discs, Own Home, own new car, play the stock market with a fervor.Lots of friends.4 Children, 7 Grandkids and we love each other---Thank God! Educated but do dumb things( well, at least I admit it!)and on and on and..............
